Purpose
The policy is designed to ensure that TTCP employees comply with and observe the statutory requirements of the Privacy Act 1988, in particular, the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) set out in Schedule 1 of the Act.

TTCP will only collect information necessary for the event and primary function of TTCP. Where practicable, the collection of personal information will only occur from interaction with that individual. Personal information may include your name, address, email address, phone number, or IP address.
Use and disclosure
TTCP will only use or disclose information for the primary purpose for which it was collected, such as: (a) to administer our site, (b) for marketing, (c) for recruiting (d) for individual service purposes. TTCP will give stakeholders the option of not identifying themselves when completing evaluation forms and surveys.

We will do our best to resolve any complaint as quickly as possible and aim to respond to you within 14 days.
